Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and vk4444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of all services, features, and content available through the vk4444 website at vk4444.net and any associated mobile-accessible web application.

By accessing or using vk4444, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from vk4444 or from gambling platforms generally under any self-exclusion scheme. Attempting to register or play while subject to a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.
• Not a vk4444 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of vk4444 and its affiliates are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

vk4444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Accounts will be suspended pending verification where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in permanent account closure.

Account Registration and Security

• Suspicious Activity: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact vk4444 support at [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay.
• Accurate Information: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
• KYC Verification: Know Your Customer (KYC) document verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) and proof of current address issued within the past three months.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on vk4444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Source of Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your vk4444 account are your own and are derived from legitimate, lawful sources. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. vk4444 does not accept payments from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the vk4444 account may be suspended.
• Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. vk4444 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withholding of Withdrawals: vk4444 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
• Inactive Account Fees: Accounts that have been inactive (no login and no financial activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month deducted from any remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be closed.

Bonuses and Promotions

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions on vk4444 unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

• No Abuse: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies that exploit bonus mechanics, colluding with other players, or using software to manipulate bonus outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Eligibility: vk4444 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its absolute discretion. Players who have previously violated these Terms may be excluded from future promotional offers.
• Amendment and Withdrawal: vk4444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will govern that bonus.
• Real Money First: Unless otherwise stated, any real-money balance in your account will be wagered before any bonus balance. Winnings generated from real-money bets are withdrawable immediately without restriction (subject to KYC requirements).

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on vk4444. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your eligibility in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using vk4444 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or structured to conceal the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live dealer tables, or any multiplayer format.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Deploying any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with vk4444 games or services in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting Errors: Taking advantage of any technical error, pricing error, or software malfunction to place bets or claim winnings that would not otherwise be available. vk4444 reserves the right to void all bets placed in connection with any such error.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on any deposit made to vk4444. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings for the full amount.
• Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language toward vk4444 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the vk4444 platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling access, operating sub-accounts on behalf of third parties, or advertising competing services.

Intellectual Property

All content on the vk4444 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, code, databases, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of vk4444 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vk4444 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any vk4444 content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any vk4444 software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on the platform.
• Use any vk4444 brand assets — including the vk4444 name and logo — for any purpose outside of personal, non-commercial reference without prior written authorisation.

All game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to vk4444 for display on the platform. Player use of such game content is subject to these Terms and does not create any ownership or licence rights in the player.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vk4444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if vk4444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

vk4444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, howsoever caused, shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your vk4444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Service Availability: vk4444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance where practicable. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from service downtime or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Third-Party Games: vk4444 is not responsible for the content, availability, or fairness of games provided by third-party studios. Disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be directed to the game provider in the first instance.
• Force Majeure: vk4444 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, internet service disruptions, or acts of war or terrorism.
• Accuracy of Information: While vk4444 endeavours to keep all platform content accurate and current, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any information displayed on the platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional content.

Account Closure and Suspension

Either you or vk4444 may close your account at any time. The procedures and consequences differ depending on the initiating party and the circumstances of the closure.

Voluntary Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting vk4444 support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority and take effect within 24 hours of confirmed receipt.

Closure or Suspension by vk4444: vk4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its absolute discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a verification request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or any subsequent point.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the account holder's payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 months with a zero balance.

Where vk4444 closes an account for breach of these Terms, any funds derived from bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or terms violations may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money deposits not otherwise implicated in the breach will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. vk4444 will communicate the reason for any account closure to the extent permitted by applicable law and internal compliance obligations.

Amendments and Governing Law

vk4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of vk4444 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body agreed between the parties.
